About Us

Our organization is structured by Daniel Simon who is a principle of the company with integrated over 35 year’s expertise and leadership. Support staff includes Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents and office team members. Our total staff consists of 20-30 full time employees.

We pride ourselves in over 85 years of senior level project management experience. Our history of success is achieved by establishing defined time schedules, accurate budgeting and complete dedication to the end result.

We value client relationships and believe honest and straightforward communication is essential. Additionally, precise cost estimating is critical for setting the path and direction of the entire project. We use a process that that secures reliable budget estimates and only work with subcontractors we have confidence in.

Our annual sales are approximately $100-$150 million. The majority of contracts are with repeat clients who work with us on a negotiated basis; in which they request our participation from inception through occupancy.

Meet the Team

Daniel Simon

President

Daniel establishes and enforces company’s engineering and construction standards; ensures that construction meets or exceeds codes and industry standards; monitors quality of work in progress, supervises project managers. Daniel has over 35 years of experience of construction management with expertise in all phases of bid preparations, including feasibility studies and value engineering. His experience includes construction of commercial, multi-family residential, institutional, industrial, specialized medical and retirement facilities.

Igor Pesotsky

Vise President

Igor provides oversight for all the company’s development strategies and evaluates development activities; establishes development strategies and evaluations; analyzes the financial feasibility of proposed projects; negotiates with subcontractors and prepares construction draw schedules for prospective lenders. Igor is also responsible for development and design management as well as lead-in cost forecasting for potential new Projects.

 

Anvar Nasirov

Senior Construction Manager

Anvar ensures that construction work meets or exceeds standards within cost estimates; provides technical input on the feasibility of proposed projects; monitors quality of construction work.

Laura Khimchak

Financial Manager

Laura manages the company’s accounting practices, records maintenance, and financial reports; Laura also oversees day to day general accounting operations, account reconciliations as well as manages other bookkeepers. She has 30 years of experience in accounting within Commercial Real Estate, Banking and Lending organizations.

Mitchell Ginsburg

Senior Project Manager

Mitchell provides management and training of project managers and laborers ensuring all construction is performed and completed in accordance with approved architectural plans in timely manner. He performs budget allocation and analysis, reviews and makes recommendations on planning and design of projects, negotiates contracts and addendum, monitors day-to-day progress and activities on project construction sites.

Nikolay Elgayev

Procurement Manager

Nikolay is responsible for developing supply plans and purchasing directions. He synchronizes supply chain activities, coordinating vendors and internal operation departments; researches market to gather information related to construction materials availability as well as substitutes and their costs. He manages and develops lists of vendors on the market, appropriate for the company and selects optimum for production. He locates supply sources on the global market and builds sound relationships with vendors and suppliers; obtains and analyzes delivery and production time for each supply to predict future availability.

Val Fedorovich

Procurement Manager

Val Fedorovich is bringing extensive experience of over 21 years in the real estate industry, including real estate development. In Midstates Developers, Val plays a key role in maintaining and implementing construction performance and budget for each project. He is responsible for the company’s Purchasing functions and assists in organizing and awarding supplier contracts. Val’s responsibility is to procure, expedite and schedule deliveries of materials and services to the job site.

Yuriy Tysyachnik

Senior Project Manager

Yuriy provides overall direction on assigned construction projects, reviews and makes recommendations on planning and design of projects, negotiates contracts or participates in contract negotiations and monitors day-to-day progress and activities on project construction sites. He is also responsible for budget development, hiring and reviewing work by subcontractors, as well as ensuring all construction is completed in accordance with approved architectural plans in timely manner.
